Our 1/4 beef share offers an exquisite selection of beef, amounting to 100-125 pounds., perfectly dry-aged for 14 days to ensure the richest flavors. This includes a delectable range of 20-25% steaks and 25-35% roasts, along with stew meat, short ribs, 40-50% ground beef, and soup bones (if requested).

All butcher fees and packaging costs are included in the price. Shipping is not available. Arrangements will be made pick-up at the ranch in Canon City, or delivery within Colorado for a fee.
