1/8 beef share will yield approximately 50-75 lbs. of premium beef. This will include approximately 20% premium steaks (filet, T-bone, New York Strip, Ribeye, and Sirloin), approximately 35% roasts/ribs/shank, and approximately 50% stew meat and 90/10 ground beef. Soup bones are available upon request.
This product is dry-aged for 14-21 days, to achieve unparalleled taste and tenderness. Price includes butcher fees and packaging.
$200 non-refundable deposit required to secure your share. Remaining balance is due at time of meat pick-up or delivery.
