Our whole beef share includes 400-600 lbs. of meticulously dry-aged (14 days) beef and includes a delectable range of 20-25% steaks and 25-35% roasts, along with stew meat, short ribs, 40-50% ground beef, and soup bones (if requested). Cuts are
customizable based on your preference.
All butcher fees and packaging costs are included in the price. Shipping is not available. Arrangements will be made pick-up at the ranch in Canon City, or delivery within Colorado for a fee.
